Welcome to PHCC’s Nar'aakom App! This App empowers you to seek PHCC services conveniently, eliminating the necessity of visiting your health center or contacting our call center.
To access our Nar'aakom App, you must have an account with Qatar's National Authentication System, known as Tawtheeq.
This e-Service allows you to add your dependents, who are less than 18 years old & have a valid QID, to your account.
Using this eService, you can request a range of services on behalf of your dependents, including but not limited: registering for a health card, managing appointments, and obtaining medical reports.
Once turning 18, enrolled dependents will automatically be disabled on your account. Therefore, individuals aged 18 and more should create for themselves a separate account on PHCC’s e-Services platform.
To access this service, dependents need to:
1. Have a valid QID.
2. Be less than 18 years old.
This e-Service allows you to submit a request to change your currently assigned family physician.
Reassignments are based on physician assignment capacity.
Your family physician is your first step to access all our health services and he/she will enable you to have the right information about your health.
To access this service, you need to:
1. Have a QID that’s valid for at least one year.
2. A valid health card.
3. Be 18+ years old.
This e-Service allows you to request to change your currently assigned health center to another one.
Health center assignment is determined based on your residency address and is subject to PHCC’s patient registration policy.
To access this service, you need to:
1. Have a QID that’s valid for at least one year.
2. Have a valid health card.
3. Have a proof of your residency address (Rental contract or Kahramaa Bill).
4. Be 18+ years old.
This e-Service allows you to request for yourself and/or your dependents a health card. Once issued, you can receive your health card at one of our health centers located across Qatar.
To receive the requested health card, a total of 100 riyals should be paid at one of PHCC’s health center.
To access this service, you need to:
1. Have a QID that’s valid for at least one year
This e-Service allows you to request for new appointments for yourself and/or your dependents from a list of clinics that are available for direct booking. You can also reschedule your upcoming appointment to a different date or cancel it if you no longer need it.
New appointment requests are only available for a limited number of clinics and/or services. To get an appointment with other services, your family physician can refer you to these services based on your health condition.
To access this service, you need to:
1. Have a QID that’s valid for at least one year.
2. A valid health card.
3. Be 18+ years old.
PHCC provides video consultation services, allowing patients to have virtual meetings with their physician through the camera on their smartphone, tablet, or computer. Patients can schedule a phone or video consultation by calling the 16000 Hotline, choosing the PHCC option, then selecting option two, or by dialing 107 as an alternative.
During a video consultation, patients receive an equivalent standard of care as they would during an in-person appointment. Their physician will inquire about their condition to determine the most suitable treatment and address any questions they may have. If the patient's health necessitates a physical examination or additional treatment, the physician will make appropriate referrals.
To access this service, you need to:
1- A valid health card.
2- To only access Urgent Medical Care, Family Medicine, Dental, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Physiotherapy, Cardiology, Home Health Care and Mental Health services as video consultations are only available for these services.
3- To be registered at Leabaib, Qatar University, Al Thumama, Al Wajbah, Airport, West Bay, Omar Bin Khatab, Al Wakra, Mesaimeer and Madinat Khalifa health centers.
4- A companion for patients less than 18 years.
To access PHCC Nar'aakom App, you need to have an account with Qatar’s National Authentication System (Tawtheeq). Residents with QID and people over 18 years of age can access the App.

Users of PHCC’s Nar'aakom App can add their dependents who are less than 18 years to their own account.
To avail this e-Service, dependents must have a valid QID.
Adding dependents to your account allows you to request various services on their behalf. You can request to register for a health card, manage their appointments, request a medical report, and many other services.
No. Once aged 18 years or more, individuals are required to create their own account in to access our e-services.
Any existing dependent on your account who has reached 18 years of age will be automatically disabled and will have to create their own account on PHCC’s Nar'aakom App.
The Health Card e-Service allows users to request issuance of a health card either for themselves or for their dependents. Once issued, individuals can collect their health card at their designated health center.
The health center is assigned based on residency address and is subject to PHCC’s patient registration policy.
To receive your health card, a total of QR 100 should be paid at the health center after which you will receive your health card.
Change My Health Center e-Service allows users to request a change of their currently assigned health center to another one.
The health center assigned to users is determined based on residency address and is subject to PHCC’s patient registration policy.
My Family Physician e-Service allows you to request a change of your currently assigned family physician.
Select single physician from the list of Family Physicians shown for your current assigned health center.

New appointment requests are only available for a limited number of clinics and/or services. To get an appointment with other services, your family physician can refer you to these services based on your health condition.
If you wish to cancel the new appointment request after submitting it; then you can do so from the Nar'aakom App, but only when the request status is shown ‘Request Received’.
For only family physician appointments, you also have a Video Consultation (VC) option in certain Health Centers. The 107 team will discuss this when they call to confirm your ‘Family Physician’ appointment in case your current assigned health center has a VC facility.
