The University Wellness Program aims to enhance students’ overall well-being—physically, mentally, and socially—by raising awareness about healthy eating habits, physical activity, sleep hygiene, and stress management. These factors are essential for achieving wellness.
The program seeks to educate and empower students by promoting healthy eating, exercise, sleep, and stress management strategies, ultimately improving their quality of life and academic performance. It also aims to equip students with positive behaviors, self-confidence, and self-guidance by fostering values, experiences, relationships, and qualities that benefit youth. Furthermore, it supports students in achieving a healthy weight and overall well-being through the adoption of a health-conscious lifestyle.
