The PHCC Medication Home Delivery Service has been introduced as an immediate operational response to the pandemic to prevent the spread of COVID-19 & ensure our patient's safety.
This is achieved by safely delivering your medication to your home within 2 days, so you do not need to visit the Pharmacy at your Health Center.
You can rely on Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) to provide a fast, safe and convenient way for you to receive your medication at home.

The PHCC Medication Home Delivery Service is run under the leadership of Operations Directorate – Pharmacy department with the support of our Health Information & Communication Technology as well as Finance Directorates.
We have Pharmacist experts working in each of our 31 Health Centers across Qatar, to support the delivery of a fast and safe home delivery service.
PHCC will deliver any of your medications within 2 working days.
However, no narcotics and controlled medications will be delivered. Such medication require a special prescription and you must visit your registered Health Center for such medication.
If you have completely run out, or need any medication urgently, then please visit your registered PHCC Health Center.
Our medication home delivery service can only guarantee that you will receive your medication within 2 working days.
Yes, you need to ensure that you have the following:
A valid health card.
A valid credit card to pay for your medication and/or delivery fees – the Q-Post drivers cannot accept cash payments.
A valid address – PHCC and Q-Post must be provided with your official address as displayed on your Blue Plate (Building/Street/Zone).
Please note the following:
You can only pay your medications cost online if you were unexempted from payment. You will receive the online payment link via SMS message.
You will wait for 2 working days for your medication to be delivered to your home.
Avoid visiting the Health Center to collect medication you have requested to be delivered to your home.
Kindly remain at home and wait for your medication to be delivered.
PHCC have created a list of WhatsApp contact numbers – one unique number for each one of our 31 Health Centers.

Send your Health Center Pharmacy a WhatsApp message by simply saying “Hello”.
A Pharmacist from your Health Center Pharmacy will then call you and start the Medication Home Delivery Service process with you.
Please make sure you know your correct home address as per your blue plate and send us a picture of it by WhatsApp.
Make sure you have a valid credit card if you need to pay.
Please do not change your mind once you have agreed to receiving your medication via the Q-Post delivery service.
Make sure you know your medication and which ones you need delivered to your home.
Please answer your mobile phone when the Q-Post driver calls.
Please be at home to receive your medication delivery. If you cannot be home, please make sure someone else is at home.
