Receives inbound calls via the 16000 hotline from patients requiring an urgent or routine medical consultation with a physician or ophthalmologist.
The service provides:

2- Telephone or video consultations by physicians, and ophthalmologist who assess, advise, and guide patients to appropriate treatment/referral depending on their needs, including home visits, where appropriate.
Qatari citizens and non-Qatari residents registered at PHCC with a valid health card.
People can access the call center through 16000 for a telephone or video consultation with physicians during the hours of 7am to 11pm/ 7days a week and ophthalmologists during weekdays.
A nurse-led telephone triage service will be available from 11pm to 7am which will signpost patients to appropriate services, such as PHCC 24hr Urgent Care services, based on their needs.
