The Dentistry Department at PHCC strives to enhance oral and dental hygiene by preventing oral diseases and decreasing their current impact and prevalence.
Our approach to promoting oral health involves raising awareness about oral health, both at the individual and community levels, through the creation of promotion and prevention programs.
Key Goals of PHCC’s Oral Health Promotion:
Raise community awareness on the importance of good oral health.
Promote healthy lifestyle and reduce risk factors associated with oral diseases.
Conduct oral health education sessions and dietary counselling.
Provide targeted prevention therapies including topical fluoride therapies, fissure sealants and preventive resin restorations for high-risk groups.

Asnani School Oral Health Program: targeting public KGs and primary school students. New school students’ oral health assessment includes screening of new/transferred governmental kindergarten and school students.
