The Adolescent Friendly Health Service offers a comprehensive health package encompassing both physical and psychosocial screenings for individuals aged 10-18 years. This service is seamlessly incorporated into all clinics and includes a general physical examination as well as the screening and management of prevalent health issues affecting this age group. A psychosocial assessment is conducted using a tool that identifies areas in the adolescent's life requiring attention, which may involve counseling, health promotion, further investigation, or care management.
Our services are available to all patients aged 10-18 years who are registered with the Primary Health Care Center (PHCC).
Physician Referral: Referrals from primary care physicians or specialists.
Self-Referral: Adolescents’ guardians can self-refer to the service without a prior physician referral.
